Top up a prepaid SIM online, without leaving home
SIM Online is an authorized top-up center for every mobile carrier in Israel: Cellcom, Pelephone, Partner, HOT Mobile, 019, 012 and Golan Telecom. Load a data and calls plan or a credit balance onto an existing prepaid line, at any hour, with no monthly contract and no commitment. Payment is secure, and the confirmation arrives by email.
Besides top-ups you can order a new SIM card with free delivery, an Israeli eSIM that activates in minutes, a data-only SIM, and auto-renewing plans that reload themselves every month.
How long until the top-up is applied?
Usually within minutes of payment. The confirmation is sent by email. If 15 minutes have passed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How do I know which carrier a number belongs to?
By the number, not by the plan. The prefix shows the original carrier: 052 Cellcom, 050 Pelephone, 054 Partner, 053 HOT Mobile, 055 019, 058 Golan Telecom. A number that was ported belongs to its current carrier; check with them or ask us.
Do I need to sign up to top up?
No. Enter the number, choose a plan and pay. Your contact details are used only to send the confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Isracard), Bit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Checkout is secure and your card details are never stored with us.
What is the difference between a plan and a credit top-up?
A plan includes data, calls and texts for a month at a fixed price. A credit top-up adds a balance in shekels to the line, and usage is charged at the carrier's rates, so it is not suited to everyday use.
The top-up did not go through. What now?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp. We check why it failed and fix it, usually by reloading on the correct carrier. A refund is the last resort.
