How to install the HOT Mobile eSIM

What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM installed on the phone itself, with no physical card. You get a QR code, scan it in the settings, and the line is active.

Can I keep my existing number?

The eSIM comes with a new number. Porting an existing number is handled by the mobile carrier, not by us: contact the carrier with your details and the number, and it usually takes up to 3 business days.

Can I use the eSIM alongside my existing SIM?

Yes. Most phones that support eSIM allow two active lines at once: the existing physical SIM and the eSIM.

What if I change phones?

An eSIM is tied to the device it was installed on. When moving to a new phone, contact the carrier for a transfer.

What is the difference between a monthly plan and an auto-renewing plan?

A monthly plan is valid for 30 days. An auto-renewing plan is paid once and renews automatically every month for the period you chose.
